EMERGENCY REMOVAL SERVICES
The clock starts ticking the moment after disaster strikes. When a catastrophe compromises parts of a property, the removal and storage of contents in a safe and secure facility is the only way to ensure that there will be no additional loss of property.
CSG teams present policyholders and insurance adjusters with many cost-effective options customized to meet individual preferences in dealing with personal possessions. We will photograph, inventory, pack, transport, and store all contents at our facility.
There we will clean, deodorize, sanitize, and restore contents using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to return policyholders’ valued possessions to their pre-damage and pre-loss condition.
SECURE STORAGE FACILITIES
Our climate-controlled facility contains many individual vaults where we can easily accommodate contents of all sizes. Each item is safe from damage and dust accumulation, and our locked facilities are under complete surveillance 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Once the contents have been restored to a safe and sanitary condition, we will move everything back to the property and carefully put it back into place. We will schedule delivery at the policyholders’ convenience, usually within a 3-day lead time.
DAMAGE PREVENTION SERVICES
CSG will provide an end-to-end restoration solution that details the handling, packing, transporting, and storing of high-value items, including antiques, chandeliers, fine art, longcase clocks, and pianos, among other contents.
